宇都宮のラーメン屋さんです。「玄人（くろうと）ラーメン」。
宇都宮といっても県道６４号線（柳田街道というのだそうです）で市街地から東へ行き、新４号線を過ぎてしばらくした、道の北側にあります。
この店のウリはじっくり焼き上げたチャーシューということで、迷わずチャーシューの入ったラーメンをオーダー。
と、最初に出てきたのは、これです。
味噌ラーメン用の胡麻です。これをあたってラーメンに入れてください、ということですね。
自分で好きな具合に当たれるのは、いいかもしれないです。
さて、いよいよラーメン登場。
見てください、この景気のいいチャーシュー。しかもこのチャーシュー、非常に柔らか～く仕上げられているのです。
ほら↓。
箸でちょっとつかんだだけで、ほろり、と取れます。
そのほかには具に野菜が多くて、食べ応えがありました。
そういえば隣のテーブルの人が食べていたネギラーメンは、ネギが山盛りになって出てきてました。今度はネギラーメン食べよかな♪
チャーシューに感動して終盤戦まで気がつきませんでしたが、だしがあと少しだけ効いていれば文句無いです。麺もなかなか歯ごたえが楽しかったですからね。
