これも東北自動車道上り羽生PAで発見した一品。
地元のベーカリーの作品です。
天然酵母のパンって、固い、というイメージが私にはあります。
なぜか？
今まで食べた天然酵母のパンが固かったからです（←まんま）。
多少固くてもいいさ、という気持ちでこのパンを試しました。
ところが、私の期待はこのパンに裏切られました。
しっかりとした食感は残しながらも、「固い」というネガティブなイメージを払拭させてくれました。
中にはフィリングは入っていませんでしたが、表面が柔らかかったせいか、おいしく食べられました。
しかも、香りがいい！
袋を開けたときから沸き立つ香は素晴らしいものでしたが、車の中でパンを食べ、その後車を降りてひと仕事して戻ってきたときも、そのメロンの香りはしっかりと車の中で私を待っていてくれたのでした。
