私、仕事柄外でお昼を取ることが多いんです。それがネタになるんですが。
今回は、AEONのパン屋さんで食べたこのパン。
りんごとサツマイモです。
このふたつって、とっても相性いいですね。
サツマイモを裏ごししして、煮りんごと混ぜると、美味しいですよ。
それがパンの上で再現されています。
煮りんごにも若干の歯ごたえを残してあって・・・ファンタスティックな味わい。
でも、さすがにこれだけではお昼には足りず、明太フレンチを食べました。
この明太フレンチとりんごとサツマイモのパンをこうごに食べてもよかったです。
甘さと塩辛さが夢のようなハーモニーを奏でてくれたでしょう。
今度はやってみよ。
