しかも、フードコートで売っている。容器なんか、発泡スチロールだ。つまり、特別な食でもないって事か。
でも味はさすが。ふかひれとキノコ、そして広東料理にしてはやや濃い味ながらも、品のある味付けのスープが具をやさしく包み込む。
店の名は「美味園」。直球勝負の名前だ。
私に「カナダに住みなさい」って言っているようにしか聞こえない。
